So Caroline turned 16 months in mid-July and continues to change each and every day. The weekend right after the 4th of July, we packed up the Kia and headed to New Jersey to visit our good friends the Littins. We had the greatest 4th of July this year–it’s amazing how much difference a year makes. Mike and Caroline made sure to celebrate me on Mother’s Day, so I had to return the favor when Mike’s special day rolled around. So Caroline turned 15 months in mid-June and I continue to be impressed with the changes I am seeing on a daily basis, especially compared to months 8-12 where now I look back and think she didn’t change all that much (except for crawling faster). Kay Kay and Pa came to visit over Memorial Day and they watched Caroline while Mike and I went to Nashville for a long weekend getaway.
