After thinking about it for months and months, I finally did it–I brought my two little ladies into the office. I selected a day when I had to be off anyway, for doctor’s appointments for both of them, but realized I had a few hours in the morning where I could pull it off. So I did. And let me tell you–getting all three of us up, dressed, fed, and out the door before 9 am may as well have been an Olympic sport. It made me so grateful for Suelen and the fact that we didn’t have to do daycare drop offs every day.

I told a few close co-workers that they would be coming in. Caroline insisted that she and baby Vivi wear matching ladybug dresses. And that she wear her red shoes. And her ladybug bow. So I complied 🙂 We stopped to get donuts because this was what Caroline was most excited about. Oh and Waddle Waddle came, too!

Then my sweet co-worker gave Caroline a babydoll–complete with a paci–and Caroline was smitten. Introducing Baby Alice! Sidenote: Vivi was also smitten–with a banana gift from another co-worker 🙂
